My Shareholding

Emeco is committed to providing timely and meaningful disclosure and updates to its shareholders. Annual reports and meeting documents will be released to ASX and available on Emeco’s website.

Meeting documents will be shared with shareholders electronically when available and Emeco encourages all shareholders to provide an email address to facilitate timely electronic communication and reduce printing and mailing costs.

However, if preferred, shareholders may still elect to receive some or all documents, including meeting documents and annual reports, in physical hardcopy format. In some cases, shareholders can also request not to receive certain documents. This election may be made by contacting Emeco’s share registry.

If you are a shareholder and require an additional copy of a communication or more information about the available communication options, this may be requested through the Investor Centre or contacting the share registry MUFG Corporate Market (AU) Limited (formerly known as Link Market Sevices):

• Set up and add their holdings to a portfolio
• Review and update their contact details, communication preferences and payment instructions via their portfolio
• Provide their TFN and/or ABN
• View their holding details
• Make online enquiries
