Force Equipment Service & Hire consider training an important tool in achieving company goals and providing job satisfaction. In 2010, Force Equipment implemented a training system to ensure minimum industry competency is exceeded among our employees. The training system provides employees with an opportunity to develop skills to their full potential and advance their knowledge into areas like Occupational Health and Safety and Training and Assessment.

The training system is aligned to Nationally Recognised training within the Resource and Infrastructure (RII09) training package.

In developing individuals within their position, we ensure a consistent quality with every job, and therefore offer the best possible outcomes for every client.

Force Equipment Service & Hire induction program is aligned to three National Training competencies
RIIOHS201A Work safely and follow OHS policies and procedures
RIIRIS201A Conduct local risk control
RIISAM202A Isolate and access plant

Force Equipment also offer training to meet specific client needs with the following competencies
RIIOHS202A Enter and work in confined spaces
RIIOHS204A Work safely at heights
