We acknowledge the great benefit of team based assessments for identifying risk, brainstorming controls and most importantly – incident investigation. A detailed incident investigation provides a tool for learning and a tool for prevention of incidents.
eports produced as a part of these team based assessments are then loaded into a company wide safety management database. Safety alerts are distributed to our site supervisors detailing the contributing conditions and cause of incidents.
